The Experimental Typographic Project began as The Experimental Typographic Workshop. It is a creative off-shoot of the Montréal based print studio atelier rosepink. In operation since 1998, atelier rosepink produces letterpress prints, dioramic boxes, artists books and ephemera.

This most recent output consists of type-driven contemporary posters manually printed with a spontaneous approach using century-old technology. Each work conforms to a small format (11" x 17") and is either a one-off or included in a small edition.

These works were shown for the first time in September 2017 at the mini MEGA Print Project organized by Critical Mass: A Centre for Contemporary Art in Port Hope, Ontario.
